Warm White PVC Flat Panel Interior Door

SUPERUS coordinates custom doors, wall panels and cabinetry within one spatial language.
Product combinations, finishes, dimensions and functional requirements are confirmed according to each project.

Key Features:

A Single Line That Lifts the Room
This door is a warm-white slab broken by one horizontal panel division across its lower third. The line splits the door into a relaxed upper field and a grounded lower band — a clean waistline that visually lifts the ceiling and settles the composition. Simple, yet just detailed enough to carry a whisper of simplified European order; it settles comfortably in dining areas, beside the kitchen and in bedrooms.

Vacuum-Membrane PVC Lamination, the Line Is Formed as One
A solid engineered-wood leaf is wrapped in a premium PVC film; the horizontal division and the flat face are enveloped together, seamless, with no exposed edges and a smooth, warm touch. Paint-free, it moves in immediately with low formaldehyde and low VOC and no painting smell. The moisture-resistant film is a practical choice beside a kitchen — cooking splashes and water spots wipe away with a damp cloth, keeping the warm white fresh.

Warm White, Made for Daily Life
It carries a touch more warmth than pure white, so it never feels cold under evening lamps and it pairs naturally with wood floors and light tile. A matte-black split lever keeps the sweetness in check, modernising the soft palette. Push through after cooking and the dining area greets you with a steady, family calm; the substantial leaf swings solid and quiet, muffling sound at closing.

Simple to Live With
Wipe it down daily and keep it clear of hard scratches and direct heat. A matching frame completes the look, tying door and wall together. Warm white is a forgiving, enduring choice — equally reliable for a private home and for a run of apartments or guesthouses, where consistency and easy care both matter. It also means you are never locked into one look: wood floors, stone tiles and woven textiles all sit comfortably against it, and over the years the door simply fades into the pleasant, familiar background of daily life.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between solid wood, engineered wood and WPC interior doors?

Solid wood doors use natural timber (oak, ash, walnut) and give the richest grain, but they move most with humidity. Engineered doors bond a stable core (LVL, finger-joint or solid-core board) with veneer or laminate, so they resist warping far better. WPC (wood-plastic composite) is fully waterproof, termite-proof and needs almost no maintenance, which is why it now dominates bathrooms, kitchens and tropical projects.

Do solid wood doors warp or swell in humid tropical climates?

Any timber absorbs moisture, so a door can cup, swell or bind when indoor relative humidity swings. The risk is controlled three ways: kiln-drying to 8–12% moisture content, balanced construction (equal veneer or laminate on both faces, engineered core), and complete six-sided sealing. For coastal and tropical projects we recommend engineered or WPC cores, or solid wood with full edge sealing and a stable 40–60% indoor RH.

What is a solid core door, and is it worth the extra cost?

A solid core door replaces the hollow honeycomb cavity with a dense engineered core, so it weighs far more, blocks noticeably more sound, resists dents and closes with a substantial feel. For bedrooms, bathrooms and home offices the upgrade usually pays back in comfort and resale appeal. For closets, pantries and low-traffic storage, a hollow core remains a sensible saving.

Hollow core or solid core: which should I choose for a bedroom?

Choose solid core. A hollow core door is light and cheap but transmits conversation almost unchanged, while a solid core door typically adds meaningful sound reduction and privacy. If the room is a nursery, home office or shares a wall with a living area, solid core plus a perimeter seal and a drop-down door bottom is the standard recommendation.
