Light Khaki-Grey Brown Straight Grain PVC Interior Door

SUPERUS coordinates custom doors, wall panels and cabinetry within one spatial language.
Product combinations, finishes, dimensions and functional requirements are confirmed according to each project.

Key Features:

A Single Black Line, Drawn Across the Grain
This door sets a light khaki brown-grey straight grain as its base, then inlays a thin black metal line on the left that steps through a geometric, zigzagging turn. The honest warmth of the wood meets the cool precision of the metal — wabi-sabi stillness and modern-art edge, side by side. The door becomes a quiet artwork in the bedroom and living room rather than just a passage.

Vacuum-Membrane PVC Lamination, Metal as the Accent
The engineered-wood leaf is wrapped in a premium PVC film that renders the brown-grey grain naturally; front, back and edges are one seamless wrap with no exposed lines. The black metal inlay is crisp and deliberate, echoing the matte-black split lever below. Paint-free, low in formaldehyde and VOC, and free of painting odour. The moisture-resistant film wipes clean in seconds, keeping the muted grain calm and even.

Muted Tones, the More You Look
It never pushes itself forward, yet rewards a closer look: in natural light the grain warms, while the black line keeps it grounded. Spend an afternoon reading in the living room and the door stays a serene backdrop. At night, in the bedroom, the heavy leaf swings solid and quiet, wrapping the room in peace.

Gentle Upkeep
Wipe it down and keep it clear of sharp scratches and direct heat. A matching frame completes the composition. Wabi-sabi character suits a wide range of natural, textured interiors — a warm, consistent choice for a private home or a run of boutique guesthouse rooms. The black line also catches the evening light in a way flat panels never do, turning a quiet corridor into something worth slowing down for. It is detail you notice slowly rather than shout about — exactly the kind that makes a room feel quietly considered, year after year. A door that feels settled rather than styled.apts to almost any palette, making it as comfortable in a private home as in a consistent run of apartments, where design and durability go hand in hand. Because it carries no single strong hue, the same door can run through an entire building, bridging warm and cool rooms alike without ever feeling out of place — a quiet, confident constant across many different homes.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between solid wood, engineered wood and WPC interior doors?

Solid wood doors use natural timber (oak, ash, walnut) and give the richest grain, but they move most with humidity. Engineered doors bond a stable core (LVL, finger-joint or solid-core board) with veneer or laminate, so they resist warping far better. WPC (wood-plastic composite) is fully waterproof, termite-proof and needs almost no maintenance, which is why it now dominates bathrooms, kitchens and tropical projects.

Do solid wood doors warp or swell in humid tropical climates?

Any timber absorbs moisture, so a door can cup, swell or bind when indoor relative humidity swings. The risk is controlled three ways: kiln-drying to 8–12% moisture content, balanced construction (equal veneer or laminate on both faces, engineered core), and complete six-sided sealing. For coastal and tropical projects we recommend engineered or WPC cores, or solid wood with full edge sealing and a stable 40–60% indoor RH.

What is a solid core door, and is it worth the extra cost?

A solid core door replaces the hollow honeycomb cavity with a dense engineered core, so it weighs far more, blocks noticeably more sound, resists dents and closes with a substantial feel. For bedrooms, bathrooms and home offices the upgrade usually pays back in comfort and resale appeal. For closets, pantries and low-traffic storage, a hollow core remains a sensible saving.

Hollow core or solid core: which should I choose for a bedroom?

Choose solid core. A hollow core door is light and cheap but transmits conversation almost unchanged, while a solid core door typically adds meaningful sound reduction and privacy. If the room is a nursery, home office or shares a wall with a living area, solid core plus a perimeter seal and a drop-down door bottom is the standard recommendation.
