91How much does shipping cost, and can you ship to my country?
We ship to [list of markets] by sea, with FOB, CIF or DDP terms. Freight depends on volume, destination port and season, so we quote it against your actual loading plan rather than an estimate. Share your port or delivery address and we will return a landed-cost comparison between terms, which usually shows DDP is simplest for first-time importers.

92Who installs the cabinets overseas?
Normally your local installer, using our numbered parts, assembly drawings and installation manual. For larger projects we join the installation remotely via video and can send a technician where volume justifies the trip. The key to a smooth install is labelling: every carton is marked by room and unit so panels arrive in the sequence the installer needs them.

93What if a panel arrives damaged or a part is missing?
Photograph the carton and the panel, note it on the delivery receipt, and send both to us with the carton number. We identify the item from the packing list and ship a replacement on the next available shipment, or from stock where urgency requires. For project orders we recommend including a small spare-parts allowance in the original container.

94Do you provide assembly instructions and numbered parts?
Yes. Every cabinet panel carries a discreet label matching the shop drawing, and each order ships with assembly instructions, a hardware schedule and a packing list cross-referenced to room and unit. This is what allows a local installer who has never seen the project to build it correctly. It also makes later re-ordering or repair straightforward.

95Do you support hotel, apartment and villa developer projects?
Yes. We supply multi-unit residential, hotel and serviced-apartment programs, producing to a unit-by-unit schedule with cartons labelled by apartment and room, and loading containers in installation sequence. We provide shop drawings, material submittals and sample units for approval, and can hold a repeat specification on file for phased handovers.

96What is your MOQ, and can I mix products in one container?
MOQ depends on SKU count, finish and hardware, and is normally planned around container volume rather than a fixed unit number. Mixing doors, cabinets and wall panels in one container is encouraged and is usually the most efficient way to enter a new market. Send us your product mix and we will propose a loading plan that minimises your landed cost.

97Do you offer OEM, private label and custom packaging?
Yes. We produce under your brand with private-label cartons, printed manuals, branded labels and, where required, branded hardware packs. OEM follows your drawings and specifications; ODM lets you start from our existing platform and adapt dimensions, finish and hardware. Both begin with a sample approval, and the approved specification is frozen for repeat orders.

98Can you provide CAD, BIM files and cutting lists for our design team?
Yes. We issue DWG and PDF shop drawings, panel cutting lists with edge-banding details, hardware schedules, and 3D files for coordination on request. Providing these early lets your architect check clashes with services — plumbing, electrical, HVAC — before anything is manufactured, which is the cheapest possible place to find a problem.

99Do you have a dealer or distributor programme?
Yes. The programme includes wholesale pricing tiers, a showroom sample package, marketing and catalogue assets, technical training for your sales and installation teams, and lead protection in your territory. We look for partners with local installation capability and showroom presence, because custom products sell best when the client can see and touch the construction.

100What certifications and test reports can you provide?
We provide [ISO 9001], formaldehyde emission test reports (E0 / ENF / CARB P2 / F4 star), fire-rating certificates where applicable, [FSC / PEFC] chain-of-custody on request, and third-party inspection reports from [SGS / Intertek / TÜV]. Certificates are matched to your destination market, because the requirement differs between North America, the EU, Japan and the Gulf.
