01What does whole-home customization actually include?
Whole-home customization means every fixed wooden element is designed and produced to one scheme for one home: interior doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, bathroom vanities, entry and storage cabinets, TV and feature walls, and wall panelling. Because all of it comes from one production run, colour, veneer grain and hardware match across rooms — the main reason clients choose a single supplier over buying room by room.

02Can doors, cabinets and wall panels all be made in one matching design?
Yes, and this is our core advantage. A single order can cover doors, kitchen, wardrobes, wall panels and skirting in the same veneer, colour and hardware family. Matching across categories is extremely hard when items are sourced separately — veneer batches, dye lots and paint formulations all vary. One supplier means one sample approval and one consistent result on site.

03What is the full process from first measurement to final installation?
The standard sequence is: requirement brief → site measurement or review of your drawings → layout proposal and 3D renderings → material and hardware selection → quotation → shop drawings and approval → production → quality inspection → export packing → shipping → installation. Most delays come from late changes after approval, so we freeze the specification in writing before production begins.

04Can you work from my architect’s drawings and floor plans?
Yes — that is the fastest route. Send DWG or PDF floor plans, elevations, and the room schedule, and we will produce cabinet layouts, shop drawings and a quotation against them. If you only have a hand-drawn sketch or a real-estate floor plan, we can still work from it, though one site survey will be needed before production to confirm dimensions.

05Do you provide 3D renderings and shop drawings before production?
Yes. Every project includes layout drawings, 3D visualisations for client approval, and detailed shop drawings with panel dimensions, drilling positions and hardware locations. Production only starts after you sign off. This is the single most effective way to prevent the classic custom-furniture problem: a cabinet that looks right in the showroom but does not fit the room.

06How long does a whole-house customization project take from start to finish?
Design and approval typically take [1–3] weeks depending on how quickly drawings are confirmed. Production is usually [30–45] days after final approval, and sea freight adds [transit days] to your port. In practice the total is often [8–14] weeks door to door, and the biggest variable is not the factory — it is how fast the design is signed off.

07Can you work with my local contractor or installer?
Yes. Most overseas projects are installed by a local team using our numbered parts, assembly drawings and installation manuals. For larger projects we provide remote technical support during installation and can arrange [supervision / on-site technician] where volume justifies it. Clear carton labelling — by room and unit — is what makes local installation run smoothly.

08Do you sell directly to homeowners overseas, or only through partners?
Both. Homeowners and villa clients can order directly, with design handled remotely and installation by a local fitter. We also work with dealers, contractors and developers under a partner programme with wholesale pricing, sample support and marketing materials. Tell us which route fits you and we will start from the appropriate process and price level.

09What cabinet types do you manufacture?
We produce wardrobes and walk-in closets, kitchen cabinets (base, wall, tall and island units), bathroom vanities, entry and shoe cabinets, TV and feature wall units, bookcases, laundry and utility storage, and under-stair solutions. All are made to your dimensions and finished in the same material family as your doors and wall panels.

10What is the standard wardrobe depth and the best internal layout?
A wardrobe carcass is normally 600 mm deep, which clears a coat hanger on a standard rail; where space is tight, 550 mm works with a front-to-back rail, and 450–500 mm suits sliding-door units. Internally, plan in zones: long-hang for coats and dresses, double-hang for shirts, shelves for knitwear, and drawers at waist height for small items. Design around what you actually own, not a catalog photo.

11Sliding door wardrobe or hinged door wardrobe — which is better?
Sliding doors save the swing clearance, which matters in compact apartments, but you can only open one side at a time and the track collects dust. Hinged doors open the full width, seal better against dust and humidity, and allow mirrors or panelling on the inside. In humid markets hinged doors with proper seals are usually the better long-term choice; sliding wins purely on space.

12What kitchen cabinet modules and sizes do you offer?
We build base cabinets (typically 560–600 mm deep, 850–900 mm high plus worktop), wall cabinets (300–350 mm deep), tall pantry and oven housings, and islands. widths are fully custom rather than fixed modules, which means we can fill an entire wall with no filler strips. Send your kitchen dimensions and appliance list and we will return a full layout.

13Can cabinets be built to fit sloped ceilings, beams and awkward corners?
Yes — this is the main reason to choose custom over modular furniture. We cut carcasses and doors to scribe against sloping ceilings, exposed beams, pipe ducts and out-of-square walls, and design corner units with carousel or Le Mans fittings so dead corners become usable. Provide photos plus a dimensioned sketch of the awkward area and we will solve it in the drawing stage.

14Which countertop materials can you supply with kitchen cabinets?
Common options are quartz, sintered stone, solid surface, laminate and stainless steel, plus natural stone where the project calls for it. In humid and coastal markets quartz and sintered stone are the safest because they are non-porous and resist staining and mould. Countertops are usually sourced and templated locally; we supply the cabinets pre-drilled to the final template.

15Are your kitchen cabinets moisture-resistant enough for a humid tropical kitchen?
For Southeast Asian kitchens we recommend moisture-resistant board or plywood cores, PUR or laser edge banding on every panel, sealed cut-outs around sink and pipe penetrations, and aluminium or stainless plinths instead of particleboard. Ventilation and a properly sealed sink base matter as much as the board. Standard melamine particleboard without sealed edges is what fails in wet kitchens.
